Automatic address changes through customer apps — even 1 hour before delivery
Customers will enter a new address in the app. The system will recalculate the entire route, check feasibility and assess the extra time and cost. If the change stays within operational and cost limits, it will update the address automatically, reorder stops where needed and give the customer a revised delivery time. If the requested address isn’t viable, it will suggest the nearest feasible delivery point for the customer to approve. The confirmed plan will reach the driver and dispatcher, with arrival estimates updated for the affected stops.
Every piece has a story
Scanning will connect receiving, storage locations, transfers, loading and handover. Teams will know which piece is missing, where it was last checked and what happened next. Chilled and frozen parts of an order won’t disappear behind one summary status.

Warehouse staff will see what to prepare and where to find it. Coordinators will spot missing pieces. Drivers will get the next practical step, and customers a clear delivery picture. Dispatchers will handle exceptions rather than piece together information from several apps.
The work continues without a signal
Mobile actions will be stored safely when connectivity drops and synchronised when it returns. A traceable history will help resolve discrepancies without lost or duplicated actions.
Customers in control of delivery
Customers will see shipment milestones, the available vehicle location and an arrival estimate with its last update. They will be able to reschedule from the available capacity in their area, up to two hours before the route begins. An address change an hour before delivery will be assessed against the actual route, not simply its distance from the original address.
No shipment left behind
Working with Franta, Narval will compare the dispatch plan with warehouse and loading records to check whether a shipment is still in storage even though it should already have left. It will alert the responsible team to any mismatch and use the last recorded movements to help locate the shipment and decide what needs to happen next.
Connected to the sender, too
A business portal will bring together shipment creation and bulk imports, labels, transport documents and cash-on-delivery records. ERP connections will distinguish accepted data from updates still waiting to be transferred.
